The design takes a minimalistic route in bringing grandeur to the space. The building was conceived with a thought to create spaces that would allow visual connectivity throughout the complex. The use of glass for the cabin spaces thus, reflects the open nature of the design. The volume has been accentuated by a subtle material palette wherein; white has been treated as a prime colour and is complemented with the blend of simple yet modern interiors.

The green pockets modelled along the path leads one to the mock up units where the opulence of white gets further enhanced. The living room is seen to have essential and clean-cut interiors. This immaculate space is further explored by adding a touch of gold with a rustic wooden panelling for the television unit. The dining area seeks attention with its bold and contemporary material palette whereas; the kitchen being in the backdrop is treated with muted colour scheme. The simplicity of the bedrooms gets enriched by adding a tactile sensation with shades of brown that bespoke elegance. The small balcony which is an extension to the bedroom and living area brings in natural light and ventilation through the greens.
